Floral Designer (Part-Time / Full-Time)
We’re looking for a talented Floral Designer to join our fun, organized, flower-loving team. Work from our beautiful on-site floral studio and bring your designs to life in on-site installations. From inquiry to proposal, design to install, you’ll own the client experience and have the   creative freedom to make beautiful things happen.  This position requires an experienced and committed professional with long term employment in mind. Weekends required.  Hourly plus commission. 

Freelance Floral Designer 
Experienced florist wanted for seasonal freelance floral work at our flower farm + events. 
Must know your way around flowers, have an eye for design, and be ready to jump in and make beautiful things happen. Experience required. 

Lead Retail Associate (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Experienced retail leader responsible for day-to-day shop operations and time-sensitive goals. Must be personable and confident with client interaction, available weekends, and have a strong appreciation for curated, high-end farm and handmade goods. Experience with e-commerce, social media, and digital sales required.

On-Site Event Planner 
Lead venue tours, manage booking contracts, and support clients from inquiry through event execution. Offer optional planning services with tiered levels of support to meet varied client needs. Career-minded professional with 5+ years of event planning experience required; evenings and weekends essential. Base pay plus commission with big opportunity for growth. 
 
Catering Staff
Daytime shift during dining events at Flora Cafe.  The need is weekly in season.  Food service / Food truck / Front of house and back of house knowledge is required. ServSafe certification required.   This is a trained position and requires evenings & weekends.  PART TIME  INTERVIEWING & HIRING NOW
