Just smile & wave!  Are you a happy person that can help offer guidance and share special farm facts and direction to guests arriving to White Trail Flower Farm?  This trained position is vital to a smooth running day on the farm. It is a volunteer or paid position for someone that can station peacefully at our shaded welcome hut and surveil by foot or golf cart as needed.  PART TIME

Content Creator (Part-Time or Freelance):
Create engaging photo, video, and written content that reflects our brand voice and aesthetic. Capture and edit content for social, web, and marketing use; manage posting schedules; and collaborate on creative ideas that grow reach, engagement, and sales.
 
Floral Designer (Part-Time / Full-Time):
Committed, career minded individual ready to guide clients from consult to contract and facilitate completion.  Minimum 5 years experience working events and producing event florals with resume and portfolio of past work required.  Design and create seasonal floral work aligned with our farm centric, garden-forward brand to ensure exceptional satisfaction, support events/workshops, retail and design installations.  This role offers base pay plus commission with big opportunity for growth. 
 
Lead Retail Associate (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Experienced retail leader responsible for day-to-day shop operations and time-sensitive goals. Must be personable and confident with client interaction, available weekends, and have a strong appreciation for curated, high-end farm and handmade goods. Experience with e-commerce, social media, and digital sales required.
 
On-Site Event Planner 
Lead venue tours, manage booking contracts, and support clients from inquiry through event execution. Offer optional planning services with tiered levels of support to meet varied client needs. Career-minded professional with 5+ years of event planning experience required; evenings and weekends essential. Base pay plus commission with big opportunity for growth.
